Default Adding a little horse

Hey guys I'm a new owner of a Mazda protege 5 (2002 automatic). I wanna know if I can add an KN intake to it. Or add a little horsepower to it that's all.

You can add a K&N, but doing so will not add any power to your car.

I wouldn't waste your time and money on an exhaust either; pretty much the only gain you'll get with an exhaust is more noise.

The truth of the matter is, if you want a faster car, your best bet is to sell your car and buy something designed by the factory to be faster.
