97-98 marker lights on a 95?

Default 97-98 marker lights on a 95?
what would I have to do to swap my car to the 97-98 marker lights ?

I bought a body kit and the bumper does not have cut outs for the turn signals

I'm figuring I would have to either

a) have no front turn signals
b) change the fenders,headlights
c) rewire the markers as turn signals
