Default '95 Protege No Low or High Beams

So, I'm having an issue with my '95 protege. On Monday I got home from work and everything was fine, Tuesday morning I started it up and had no headlights. Neither the high or low beams come on, the high beam indicator does not turn on either. All my instrument panel lights come on as they should when switching headlights on, daytime runner turn on, blinkers and hazards work fine.

So far i've tried installing new combo bulbs, and replacing the fuse. Neither helped. I can see the voltage change from about 8v to 12v at the fuse when I turn the lights on at the switch. I'm kinda stumped so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check the plug connectors to lamps sometimes they're burnt inside try to wiggle it on lamp with it out of socket. If you have a multimeter you can check from ground to each pin inside socket and see it there's voltage. I've had a problem with 1 of my headlights and it caused it to go out while driving and I had a loose socket on other and all of a sudden I had no lights at all in dark. I pulled over and wiggled the connector and lamp connector they're notorious for failing. Good Luck
