Default 92 Protege, idles w/ vibration, tune up done.

Hi all,
My wifes car is a 92 protege. Auto 1.8 SOHC with 340,000km.
The car runs really good, gets great gas mileage, and everything works on the car.

The only thing is it has a vibration to it.
It can be felt while sitting in drive. The whole car has a slight vibration to it.
This weekend Idid a tune up. Plugs, cap/rotor, wires, air filter, and added a little fuel injector cleaner in the tank.
My wife claims the vibration isn't as bad, it idles a bitsmoother, and she can tell I've done the tune up.
The car is "peppier".
About ever 3 months I jumper the little diagnostic connector and sometimes find the *blinking* fault #17.
>O2 SENSOR HAS DETECTED A RICH OR LEAN CONDITION

The Engine light is never seen while driving,....only at start up...as expected.

The fuel filter is about 2 years old. and the O2 sensor was changed 4 years ago.
Last December she had a E-test done, and the guys there say the numbers were great.....

Any ideas what I could be looking for?

I've looked around for vacuum leaks and found nothing.
I also cleaned the MAF with a MAF approved cleaner.

Thanks.
Bob

Look into either the Idle air control valve, or a motor mount. Fuel injector cleaner and a new fuel filter will help the problem. This happens with age...

Where is the idle air control valve? I'm going through my mazda book...don't see that name.
Or is there another name for it?

I added some fuel injector cleaner on the weekend....I'll give that a good run through.
I have a new fuel filter. But I can't get at the bottom hose/connection.
I got the top hose off, and the filter out of it's bracket, but the bottom hose is killing me.
So I had to put it all back together.

The other thing I could try is an intake cleaner??

I've been doing some searching....motor mounts see to be an issue.
Anyone else have a vibration issuethat was solved with new motor mounts?
Also, which one(s) did you change?

Thanks,
Bob
