I was driving down the highway and boom car stops working, long story short my #14 10amp engine fuse under the dashboard pops anytime I turn over the car. I tested the neg term on the battery to the neg battery cable and showed 12v to my understand that means there's a short. Also I believe that fuse has something to do with the ecu

I'm trying to figure out anything else that fuse might run, and if me popping that fuse fried my ecu or my ecu is fried and that's why I'm popping fuses I'm hoping it will be something easily fixed maybe a simple short or a wire repair.

Anyone out there that may have any insight please advise
