2001 Mazda Tribute Has no voltage to F12, F14, and F16 in the interior fuse panel. The radio, both cigar lighters, power door locks, and power mirrors don't work. All fuses in the Interior fuse panel and the engine relay panel are good. Any ideas what could cause this?

You will need to get hold of a wiring diagram & trace those circuits.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately that is all I have been staring at. Upon further testing I narrowed it down to the control circuit on the ACC relay in the smart junction box neither leg 1 nor leg 2 of the relay is getting voltage when the key is on, however if I bridge leg 5 and leg 3 the radio and accessory plugs work normally. I tested the relay itself and it works fine. I just can't see how it could be the ignition switch considering the turn signals, A/C, power windows, and windshield wipers all seem to work with the key. Could the ACC Delay Relay cause this? By the way:

Looking at an Australian Tribute diagram,

F12 is Stereo. Yes? No?

F14 is Cigarette lighter socket. Yes? No?

F16 is Power Mirrors. Yes? No?

Door locks appear to be controlled by the GEM.

All 3 fuses run thru the ACC Relay.

F12 Yes
F14 Yes
F16 Yes
3 Fuses run through ACC Relay Yes and F12, F14, and F16 work when I bridge leg 3 and 5 of the ACC relay. however I tested the relay even switched it out with a known working relay from the battery junction box its not the relay. there is no voltage coming into the control side of the relay to activate the coil. The ground appears to be good.

Looking at the above wiring diagram, there should be 4 pins.

With the key turned on, two pins should have 12 volts, 1 pin will be earth & the last pin will be the feed to the sub fuses.

* Main power feed to the relay comes from a 40 or 60 amp fuse. Continuous pwr feed.
* Outlet goes to F12, F14 & F16.
* The trigger feed comes from the ignition switch. 12v only when Ignition key is turned on.
* Earth is earth. & will always be earth.
