Default 1998 Protege

My wipers are working but the wiper fluid is not coming out - fluid is full. The pump does not sound like it is being activated. Is their a separate fuse for the pump?
Any thoughts?

There is not a seperate fuse for this. It runs off the wiper fuse. Best thing to do is if you can access the wiring for the washer motor probe the BLU/ORG wire. See if you have power when the switch is pulled. If so, the motor is bad.
