here is the "problem": I turn the key to RUN and hear a constant buzzing. Not loud, but I could hear it... I look under hood and find that is where the sound is originating. Somewhere around the right side of engine bay is the sound of a motor or solinoid. I did not try to pin point yet. After warming the engine the sound is not there.

I suspect purge control or something. The wiring diagrams and FSM did not explain how these systems work, so I am SOL and asking the computer for help.
