back hub 1996 protege

how do I get the back hub back on after i have put the new linnings on I have to get the linnings smaller than the hub that is my problem? vinnie email vmdonelan@msn.com Thanks

There is a self adjuster assembly that needs to be adjuted down so the drum can fit on.
