Hi!
I have a 1996 Mazda Protege (less than 10K miles) that stalls when I turn the AC on. Any suggestions/Advice?

 

Check ISC/IAC (Idle speed/air controller) under the throttle body for proper wiring connectivity as well the unit it self. Measure resistance in between two pins with a ohms meter. it should be 11 to 13 ohms. if it is open replace the unit. if the measured value is correct check the wiring harness and the ECM. You may need help from reputed mechanic.

BTW, Check the battery, alternater and the belt as well.
