1996 b2300 se, manual trans, 4cyl

Error code P1359 "manual controlled ignition system or misfire."

Truck runs great except for it stalls when I come to complete stop(unless I'm in neutral). I had assumed it was a clutch but, know I'm not so sure. Reads some things trying to research this code that has me uncertain know.

Can anyone set me in the right direction on this? I'm gonna go ahead and clear it but I think I have seen it up come up before.
