Default What part is this?
Can you tell me what part this is and if there is suppose to be a vaccumn hose attached to it?

I also want to know what is "Touch"? Is it just a piece of rubber?

And what is "Meter" fuse?

The "meter" fuse is for the gauges.

The "touch" button is so that you don't get a static electric shock when existing the car.
