Hello, First time post hope I can get some help. I have a 1996 mx6 trying to change filter but took off the pan and no filter just the vavle body, How do I get to the filter is it easy? Thanks

 

If your talking about the Ford trans with the pan on the front instead of the bottom of the trans then it does have one but requires complete disasembly of the trans to replace. Just do a drain/refill or have it flushed.
