i am getting this weird schreeching noise coming out of the car when i turn in on in the morning and if i haven't turned it on for a while. The car is a 95 mx3 4 cyclinder. The timing belt was changed less than a month ago and it started occuring not couple days ago. It goes away after abotu 1-2 min since i turn on the car. Any thought on this?

 

How about a loose accessory drive belt that was not correctly tensioned after the timing belt was replaced. It has now stretched and too loose.
