Hi every1, hope its possible someone can help! i am looking at buy an MX6 with a totally f'd engine, (conrod through block) am having trouble locating a (Ford) Probe engine. is it poss 2 fit an engine from an XR4i? 2.8 or 2.9? any help would be appreciated. thanx

 

tell you what i have looked into this and it wont be worth all the work it would take to put the motor in because the horsepower and torque are so close but you can use a probe gt,mx6,mikllinia,or626 engine, and you could use the 1.8 v6 frome a mx3 but it is smaller good luck
