I would check intake boot condition and make sure your ISC/BAC (idle valve) is operating correctly. Pulled any codes?

no map sensor on this model i think only the mass air flow and i have cleaned with carb cleaner and blew out with air, dont know about the idle valve unless your talking about the throttle position sensor and i don't know exactly how to check it.

I would check a WSM if you can find one...or if you can pull a good throttle body somewhere and swap them out, so you wouldn't have to recalibrate the TPS and the ISC/BAC valve is attached to the TB.

One thing you can check to see if your valve is bad is disconnect it while your idle is loopy. If there's no change, you know it's bad.
