Default Idle Problem, Advice?

Ok, got a diagnostic question for a 95 Mazda Mx-6 4cyl about an idling problem i have

[ul][*]Stalls sometimes when AC is on and sometimes just drops down to like 50 rpms when stopping and coming to an idle[*]RPM's either rise or drop when various electronics are turned on i.e. power windows headlights turn signals, at idle[*]Cranking wheel hard engaging power steering while stopped reduces idling rpms[*]Randomly idles low[*]Random valve tap at idle (might be irrelevent and just engine wear?)

I've pretty much narrowed it down to either IAC valve, or mass air flow sensor but am not quite sure which it is and since the problem doesn't cause a check engine light there's no code documenting it to tell me. I just can't tell which part is messed up or if it might even be something altogether different. Sorry if this is a simple "duh" type question i'm not too much of a gearhead.

Default RE: Idle Problem, Advice?

I would Clean the throttlebody and MAF hotwire. Remove the IAC and clean it. Doubtful it is the MAF but cleaning the MAF is regular maintenance as is a throttlebody cleaning. More likely the IAC if it has a part failure. The MAF would give symtoms other than idle.
