Default Hold flashing FIXED NO TRANNY REQUIRED

I had been looking around on here and I suggest not to replace your tranny yet if your hold light is flashing when you get above 30 mph, because its obivously not the tranny fault. The seat belts in my car is broke (Due to a recall) so the previous owners took the fuse out so the motor wouldn't mess up anymore than it was. I stuck the fuse in to see if the passenger side seat belt worked and then drove down the highway, I noticed that when I got above 30 mph my hold light wasn't flashing anymore?!?? Hmmmm.. I thought if thats the case I'll take the fuse out, I did so and it is now not flashing.
