Default Head gasket replacement

I'm about to attempt replacing my cylinder head gasket. Engine is the 1.6 DOHC from the MX-3. Anything in particular to expect? Any tips?

Thanks in advance.

Take your time. Take photos, label everything, mark everything, get the head skimmed & tested. Flush the cooling system, R&R the waterpump & thermostat.
