Default Struts

Hey everyone, got a 2002 MPV. I changed the struts and rear shocks and had the alignment done. Drives fine but when I am driving at a steady speed and give it a little more gas or take my foot off the gas pedal (slow down) It will pull one way or the other. took it back to the alignment shop and they checked it again and it is fine. It drives perfectly straight as long as it is steady speed. Tires are not wearing funky. Only does it when I try to go faster or slow down. Also the steering feels extremely light, if that makes any sense. Any ideas why it would pull one way or the other when trying to accelerate or decelerate?
