Roof rails/strips

I just bought a roof rack/bars and am thinking to fix on roof rails/strips. Is there any way we can remove the rails and fix it somewhere there. If yes than how to remove the rails. Thank You Brother/Sisters.

well I removed the Headliner and found nuts on each side. These needs to be removed to remove the rails/strips.
