NEED HELP FOR P1512 VTCS FAULT!!!!

I have a check engine lights on my 2001 MPVand the fault code was P1512 VTCS. Can anyone help me fix this problem. I appreciate all the help thanks.

Have you figured this out yet? I am getting the same cel, normally after engine has been worked and under hard acceleration like entering a freeway.

Yes, jpsage I replace the Manifold Runner Control Actuator that you can buy it to the dealer around $200

Had same code come up and another but can't remember what other was. Look around and saw intake hose had 2 big cracks in it. Fixed and codes were gone.
