Hello all New member I have been looking for a little pick up but todaay on local craigs list I sotted a 1993 MPV mini van with 82,000 miles on it. Owner stated it runs and drives great but onced warmed up coolant leaks out of water pump weep hole! Ok Im pretty mechnica and have a Saab 900 and a few motorcycles metric tools. So it looks like this thing will need a waper pump. any do it your selfers ever replace a water pump a 1993 or so MPV? There no rush on the job I want thr MPV to take my dogs Two big dogs lab and shepard up to a friends camp and let them swim im a litle river. I dont want to haul them in the saab. and get them used to riding in the MPV ao it wont be a daily driver. It is pa state saftey inspected and passed a Pa state emission test He want $500 Bucks Im a semi disabled Vietnam veteran and dont have a lot of money, So is the MPV worth fight with it to do a water pump i price a watr pump sor about$60 bucks what do you think?
