Sounds like it has an internal leak.

Are you seeing any (air) bubbles come up into the master reservoir when the pedal is depressed, or being depressed?

cant see no air bubble when the peddle is being tapped but i can see the fluid go down but the rises again a little ? but if i push the slave cylinder in i can hear a hissing sound at the master cylinder and im really sure i should not be hearing that at all its sounds like fluid is being pushed back into the master cylinder or something like that.
