Ok its a 2000 mpv mazda van v6. We jacked it up and replaced axels. When we got it all back together and test drove it and the front suspension is stiff. Kinda like riding on air bags. So we jack it up and take the wheels off and take the axels out of the hub on both sides. Stuck a jack under the hubs and jacked up on it and the shock will barely move. So I've came to conclusion that the struts are seized up. Is this common? Is there a way to unseize them? Really don't wanna have to replace them.
