alternator
#2
If it is a 4x4 then remove the bottom skid plate (10mm bolts) then the pulley nut on the power steering pump, I believe. Either way it is the bottom pulley on the passenger side. loosen the idler pull to take of the belt on the afore mentioned pulley. Take off the pulley. loosen the two bolts holding the alternator and remove. The top one will come out with a block where the adjustment screw goes into. Remove the adjustment slide bracket. pull the alternator loose and turn it so you can undo the nut holding the main power wire. then unplug the wire harness from it as well.
Should come out of the top of the engine bay unless I forgot something.
