Default 98 MPV wont turn over

So I was driving down the highway after changing my alternator belt which was breaking and my van just shut off
Since then I have changed the distributor and the crank sensor and still no spark.
I also checked the fuel pump and its not pumping fuel to the engine but the pump is good.
what could it be? I am 400 in the hole and she still wont turn over

the timing belt is good btw

Virgin1, Hey, yeah as far as components go, just about everything is new, and from mazda. fuel pump, fuel filter relays, head gaskets, timing belt kit, intake and valve cover gaskets water pump. it turns but will not start. The distributor has been rebuilt at the ignition coil and new plugs wires cap and rotor. timing is set perfect and it has one STRONG spark...found out the old fashioned way. it used to actually run with starting fluid until it ran out, but now it doesnt even run with that. Ive been reading my schematics, I do remember that if my ect was unplugged, the truck would NOT start over until i plugged it in. ive been testing wires with a powered probe and one of the wires is pink and black coming from the two prong pigtail connector on the distributor and Im not getting a positive or negative response at all. This wire, according to the schematic, leads straight to the ecm. I checked the ECM, its registering find at the OBD2 scanner. ive seen a few other wires with low or no connection however, with the so start condition, im looking at this distributor wire. I however am absolutely open to all suggestions, feed back and history with the same problem. Thanks!
