2005 mazda blowing eng inj fuse
I changed the back plugs and coils to fix misfire... after the van started fine idled fine drove down road at 60 for 5 minutes it died... found the eng inj fuse was blown so pulled plennon back off and couldn't find any bare wires or problem... put it back together it started fine and idled... once again 5 minutes down the road it dies with blown eng inj fuse... no engine light is on... please help
Go to the parts store and buy a generic 1157 bulb holder and bulb, remove the blown fuse and put the light bulb in its place, just sticking the leads down the fuse holder is fine.
When you turn the key on it should light the bulb and not cause any damage. Now with the bulb illuminated start unplugging stuff, when the bulb goes snaptube vidmate out you have found the source of your ground.
