The master fuse was part of the problem. The connection separated, it didn't look like it burnt, but almost like it broke off. I bent it back with a screw drive to make connection and the car started.
A Few things:
How do you pull out the fuse, it just doesn't want to come out.
The power windows worked even with the fuse failing, shouldn't the windows come after a "master" fuse?
Now the car starts but a few things still don't work. The turn signals (the four way works), the dash display and the radio. Can't seem to find another blown fuse yet.
