Need some help. Engine light is on and I have the following codes.
1 code P0455 MIL Off Monitors 1 Inc Catalyst .

I have a 2001 MPV

Any help or insight on how to resovle this will be appreciated.

I believe P0455 is an evap leak code, large leak i think. Could be the gas cap isnt sealing well but that normally sets a small leak code so look for loose or cracked vacuum lines under the hood. Could be leaking anywhere from the gas tank to the engine compartment. Some shops have smokers to connect at the gas filler pipe. It pumps smoke into the system then you just look for the leak in the form of smoke.

Any idea of what will cauese the Catalyst Monitor to be incomplete?

Catilyst refers to the converter efficiency. Basicly there is an o2 sensor before and after the converter. The only thing the o2 behind the converter does is check the efficiency of the converter by comparing the before and after readings. Usually if you get that code it means you need a new converter.
