Greetings,

New to this board and I'm trying to solve a problem. My wife's 2002 MPV's drivers side window won't go all the way up. She got something caught in it as it was raising and now it won't go all the way up. It stops around 1/4" from going into groove of the door. The motor simply stops like it has reached its preset limit.

Are there window stops that may have been altered by the object in the path of the rising window?

Is there a way to reset the height that the motor will raise the window?

I think you will have to take the door panel off and look at the mechanism. Maybe whatever fell in there got stuck in a way that it acts as a limiter.
