Default won't start/ oily plugs

Hi all, I new to Millenias but had many rotory cars in the past, I like Mazda but this 1995 Millenia (piston engine)is driving me nuts can anyone help?
here is my problem, came home the other night and parked the car, everything was runing just righ.
In the morning I whent to start the car and it started but was running like when you get the plugs wet, naturally i started pulled plug wires to see why it was running like that and found that #6 plug was sumerged in motoroil (outside of the plug, not in the cylinder), I started to investigate and concluded that it was a valve cover gasket. i lelt the car alone for about 4 days then today i started to work on it. Cleaned all the plugs and wires put everything back and expected the car to start but nothing, cranked over and over but no start. Checked compression and all cylinders are about 120 psi, bought new plugs and still car wont start up, I know I have a bad valve cover gasket but don't want to start tearing into the engine untill I get the car running, any Ideas?
P.S. I have good spark on all plugs.
