I got my timing belt in finally and my 2.5L '96 Milly ran, but only for awhile, now it has no spark. I took my ohmmeter and checked terminal A & C on the distrib and got a reading that was out of bounds. Same with the coil tower and terminal C - out of bounds at 26, I think.

So, today I put in my new distributor. Still no spark. I cannot pull the codes with my scanner because I get 'Err'. I dont know whats up with that, but anybody got any ideas? Crank sensor, maybe?

 

I have a weak battery, would that prevent spark?
