Can anyone tell me what a code p1354 is on a 95 milly S

P1354 Ignition Coil 'C' Primary Circuit
Voltage out of range. Could be spark plug, coil pack, or connections. Check and clean connections first, and don't overlook the local ground connection to the engine.

no SGC signal. the cam position sensor is outta whack
