I have a 2002S and sometimes when the AC is on I can hear a rattle or marble sound coming from the passenger side. It doesn't happen all the time. If I turn off the AC it stops. The rattle goes faster with acceleration. Any ideas anyone?

 

I have the same issue. Mine only happens when the fan is on medium power. Hope someone can chime in.

 

I'm going to remove the fan blower. People say things get in there sometime. Things like leaves and twigs. I'll post if this fixes the problem.
