Im having an overdrive problem when i am at sustained speeds on the interstate. The car keeps going in and out of OD, with the cruise control on, and when i am just staying at a constant speed with my foot on the pedal. I dont have alot of expirence with automatics so any help would be greatly appreciated. The car is a 1995 Millenia S

 

very strange for the car to do that. you can always just adjust your speed alittle bit so that it stays in the OD gear. has this problem just started happening or has it been happening the whole time you have had the car. its possible that your computer controls have gotten messed up. try resetting the ECU by taking the negative cable off the battery for about 15 minutes then put it back on and see what happens.

 

i would check the fluid level. it needs to be red, and properly filled. add some lubegard
