Okay, been to the smog tester twice; he gave me a printout of the "readiness
test results" doneby the test machines here in California. (if its a 96 or later with
ODBII, reading the sensors via the link and testing them is required by law).
The ODBII linkup test fails, check engine light OFF,and the emissions levels
(tail pipe test are spot on) and register levels that pass the requirements.....
Any problems with the link connector or computer any one knows about
that could cause this?? The car also links sometimes with my ODBII tester
but not consistently.
