Default new rear brakes-now a dragging sound?

Hello everyone! I'm new to the forum, and I am glad I found it! I have a 99 Millenia S and I just changed the rear brakes. It seemed pretty straight forward until I put it back together. I now have a constant dragging sound when I drive. It sounds like the pad is constantly rubbing against the rotor. I notice it more on the driver side and so does the wife. The only problem I had was the lower bolt seemed frozen in the caliper, so I undid the top bolt. I reused everything that came off and greased up the bolt I took out. Could that stuck bolt be causing problems? Thanks in advance for any help!

It could very well be the problem and there are also 2 small spring clips on both sides that hold the brake pads apart!

I put the two clips back on the top and bottom holes on the pads. Could it be that they dont have enough tension to hold them apart anymore? When the caliper closes should the clips go inside the caliper. or do they go into the opening on top of the caliper? It is such a simple looking set up and that is what frustrates me! My car sounds like pos now!

I would take it back apart and replace the frozen bolt and make sure the caliper piston is not frozen as well! The caliper should fold the clips down and you wont be able to see them when it is together!
