Missing Millenia key

Missing Millenia key
Key missing for my 2000 Mazda Millenia. What is the cheapest option to get me back on the road. I called a locksmith and they said 350. But i have s guy who could program a blank but where would i buy one. Or would it work to just go to a pick n pull and find an ignition with key and swap?
