Millenia Trans disengage

Finally got the engine run wells, CE light is out, TCS lights is out and drive smooth, all sudden the transmission is totally out, no gear is shift-able, I turn ignition off and restart the engine help drives a little, need help. appreciated

cooling fans

any idea how I can hot wire the millenia cooling fans making it run every time the engine is running. THX
