are you only getting the 1540, no 1525/26? limp home mode is when it will not rev above 2500/3000 rpm under load. it feels like fuel cut. now does this happen all the time? cold, hot, or what? when cold, are the tcs/tcs off lites on, or does it take a while? you should start with all the vacuum lines and tees, and ohm the solenoids AFTER the tcs/tcs off lites come on. but be careful, they will be hot.

correct it does not go above 2500 rpm / and it only happens when the car is warmed up
the tcs/tcs off lites go on only when the car is warm

we replaced the Hose and Tee's (Metal)
But not OHM (don't know what OHM is)
we did not get the 1525/1526 codes just the 1540

ohm is a measure of electrical resistance. a voltmeter will have a selection for resistance. a good solenoid will have about 26 ohms resistance. if it is high, like above 35 or 0, it is bad. bad solenoids/circuit seems to be quite common on this car. however, i had one similar to this, and it was a bad injector. but i was also getting a misfire code, 0305. again, when cold, car started and ran perfect. once it got hot, it would go limp home, and ce would flash. if you are absolutely sure the vacuum lines/tees are fine, then check or replace the vacuum and vent solenoids. do not get used, only new
