Mazda Millenia wont start, humming Idle Air Control Valve

I'm havining trouble with my 02 mazda millenia 2.5 V6. It was running good until is washed the antifreeze of the engine from a defective cap, mine and the cars. I let car dry out for a week and change the ignition coil and distributor, throttle body W/ idle air control valve and throttle position sernsor, and the JE16 yellow relay in the main fuse box. It turns over but won't fire, I'm getting a loud humming noise from the IACV about 50% of the time and my car still will not start. It's doing the exact same thing now with different parts as it did before. Fuel is in the injector lines and i've not smelled gas yet from a week of trying to start. I'm getting spark. My dash lights will not cycle on unless the relay for the idle and throttle is unpluged or the IACV is unpluged?

Can anyone tell me whats going on?
