1. What Reason(s) That My 1999 Mazda Mellenia Would Be Running Hot?

My 1999 Mazda Mellenia started running Hot, when I turn on the Fan while standing still in traffic idleing or when I have the a/c on.. I also noticed that my Cooling Fan stopped coming on..

If your radiator fan isn't working, that would be the prime reason it is overheating. If you don't have airflow through the radiator, you aren't getting the proper amount of heat transfer out of the radiator.
