main fuse
First you must remove the bolts holding down the underhood fuse box so the whole box is loose in your hands. After it is loose you can tilt it and look where the blades of the fuse go down in the box. There will be a small plastic cover on each side that need to be removed. You should now see a 10mm bolt holding each leg of the main fuse in. Remove the bolts and slide the fuse out and replace. Now reverse steps to re-install. The main fuse is held in by bolts due to the large amount of current that it handles and needs to have a good connection.
