I have a 99 Millinea S. I could not remove the key after move the Trans to Park. But after about 2 hours thenIcan remove it. Please Helps. Thank you so much.

 

I found these instructions on this forum from 'tevtech'. But I haven't tried it yet. let me know how it goes.

unbolt the consoul take off the plastic piece from around the shifter look to the right you will see a plastic it is kinda v shape it might be stuck spray some crc on it that locks and unlock if it is not moving free you will never get the key out unless you kill the power.

 

The key system will not go into the o postion even after turning the wheel and double checking Park postion on gear shift. So key can not be romoved. If you pull the battery cable the key can be romoved. I'm I over looking a relay some where.

 

Just leave the key in the car. You could get lucky and someone could steal it!

 

Try turning the steering wheel then remove key. If the steering wheel is locked key will not come out.
