Hi. New to your forum. I have a1996 Millenia with 2.3L engine, Traction Control option. 125K miles. Car was recently acquired, no history available. Recent development: Miss between 1500 and 2200 RPM's. Hard miss. Stable at highway speeds. Not noticeable between idle and 1500 RPM. Tried fuel conditioner, thinking a possible bad load of gasoline. No change. Cleaned plugs, checked spark plug wells for oil flooding. No change. Plugged into the local AutoZone code reader. No codes tripped.

Any ideas how I can diagnose this without contributing to the upcoming boat payment of the local shop owner?
