Default Incorrect Vacuum Routing

I recently swapped a '99 Millenia 2.5L (with 85k on it) into my '98 Millenia (215k) and didn't do a good job of maintaining my vacuum hoses during the six weeks the 'project' took. Everything is back together now, but I'm real sure the hoses aren't correct.

The car is terrific at speed, but has real issues (rough, erratic idle) below 1000 RPM. The CEL generates codes of P0300, P1195 & P1402 when the idle gets rough.

I've got a Chilton's manual for this car (sort of ~ it's for a US or Canadian Mazda & mine is Japanese-built). The book has all sorts of vacuum diagrams except the one that depicts my engine. I even dropped by my local Mazda dealer and talked with some mechanics. They showed me a diagram but wouldn't come out and look at my car.

Do any of you have a good drawing or comprehensive illsutration of the vacuum diagram for the 1998 Mazda Millenia with the 2.5L motor?

I'll also be getting a new distributor cap and rotor today.
