i just bought one of these. while not complete(it is a HEAD gasket set, not full engine), it does have all the gaskets and grommets for a valve cover reseal, which would cost about 100bucks just for the gaskets. it also has the exh manifold gaskets, which you will need when you change out the precats. and you WILL be changing out the precats if you have a 2.3. water pump gasket, intercooler gaskets, lots of useful stuff.
