Default effin' horn...

So my horn doesnt work anymore... I replaced the fuse under the hood, figuring it might be a simple problem such as that, but to no avail. it wasn't the problem. It's getting power to the relay because I hear a clicking noise from somewhere around the fuse box, so I assumed the horn had just broken...

So, does anyone know where the horn is located in a 99' 2.3L supercharged? I'd like to just replace it myself. Any help would be appreciated. [>:]

actually, there are 2 horns. basically, they are under each headlite. i had to remove the headlite to get at them. iirc, i have replaced 2 of them.

Any pointers on removing the headlights? I see my broken horn down there below it, but I am leery of unclipping/unscrewing too much stuff. I have a 94 Protege. Thanks for any advice there!

Yeah, so I popped off the tow-hook panel on the lower passenger side of the front bumper, and it was only then that I could actually see the horn. I removed the headlight and bracket, but even then, I couldn't get to it without removing the whole front bumper. But I was able to detach the horn from the chassis, and run the wiring up through the front of the engine. So I ended up mounting a new bracket to the engine bay and just grounding it to the frame I mounted it on. Sounds awfully funny, but atleast it passed inspection.

Thanks to everyone for their help.

Oh and by the way, I found NO logical way to even FIND the horn on the drivers' side... That's a WHOLE different story. But thanks!
