Default AC/Heater Controls

I have a 1999 Millenia 2.5L. [:@]
My problem is: The AC/Heater controls & Clock aren't working. No power to them. Strange thing though, when I have the cars ignition in the first ACC position and I try to roll the windows up the blower motor comes on but nothing lights up [sm=dontgetit.gif]....
What the heck is that? Is that a wiring problem? I haven't done anything to mess with the wiring..
I was just driving down the road and it went off to never turn on again... Sombody please help.

Thanks in advanced

Mike

Default RE: AC/Heater Controls

Well thanks to nobody here and 88 views with no input at all. I figured out the problem myself by removing the dash and tracing the wires completley and finding a bad ground wire. I repaired it and now it works fine. (not an easy task at all)
So if anyone else has this problem ofcourse try your simple basic problems first such as fuses, relays and the controls.
If those arent the problem then look for a bad ground.

Remember while the ignition is in the position right before ACC and you rock the window switches and the blower motor comes
on; you have a wiring problem.

Thanks again to nobody's input or suggestions.

Hope I can help sombody here with this post.
